This upgrade needs a custom harness made, power supply's and new Factory switch installed switch installed and programmed into the car. Dealers won't do it. There are capable shops in West Palm, Chicago, and Philly, plus here in Southern California at Rocco's

That is a video interface and a forward camera install. Any car with a monitor can have that system installed. Every car is a little different. Only difference is now the kits have Carplay/Auto Android built in also.

Very specific kit for that smallest screen, we should have one in stock, you just need to make sure your car has that exact screen. Picture is small but with a good camera is totally useful,

This kit is all factory, US dealers don't carry anymore, EU dealerships might still have one. B67827052 should be part number. May take some hunting.

Only will work if you have factory 531 comand radio and all updates. 2016 probably too early. Worth trying

These radios have video input, just need video aux activated. You need canbuss adaptor if you want video when driving in US version radios. Mid City Engineering makes full kit with programmer if you need everything.

This is factory system, you can pipe in any video to all three monitors if you have this system. Composite input only do you would need adaptor for Apple tv. Plus front eatching in motion you need VIM module like one from Mid City Engineering.

No casting iphone video , Apple keep taking it out, The factory MBUX comand app will give you radio and car control, some cars. Put a bunch of shows on a USB C thumb drive a play them that way. That works great. That video is aftermarket stuff from a few years ago.

@@roccosautotech thanks a los man. There seems to be a very easy way to play content as well: you can put an amazon fire tv stick to the hdmi port of one of the screens. Voila: you can the use Alexa voice control as well as Netflix, UA-cam or whatever runs on a fire tv. I have not tested that yet but I am 90% sure this will work.

Everything is seperate, you need alot more then the monitors, DVD,trim,monitors,remote, headphones, brackets, Dealers can get them but it will be expensive.

That is the universal 7 inch factory dvd kit and a front video input with Video In motion module. Factory dvd kit needs to be modified to play video in or out without wires showing,

These are wifi, or HDMI on newer kits, DVD is comng back on factory version but it is not released yet in US

These are aftermarket , the factory ones are now available just make sure car has code 866 to use any RSE kits.

Do you mean the receptical bracket for the rear monitors. We have them as a kit. But they are not for do it yourself install. Takes a good bit if expertise. In stock if you need them.

Are you asking about the HDMI input you will need, it takes some parts, adaptors and custom install, not something you just plug in.

I have a 2016 GLE with a 864 retrofit code. It currently has a rear entertainment system in it. Am I able to replace with this Android kit?

We would need to see the car. Mercedes is actively stopping retros on some cars.

I'd love to bring my car to your shop... the only problem is there's an ocean in between :D I'm writing from Italy and currently our car is at Mercedes for some checks, however they seem not to find a way to install Apple CarPlay. Do you have any suggestions on what steps to take and what to check on the car? I've had them change the usb ports with the newer ones and update the software but no change. Thanks!

The last airbag recall takes away the ability to alter factory audio 20 decks , that and other updates are going to be the future , of course they have to touch the car. Only fully self contained kits will work now, like the ones on ebay sold as lvds interface kits. They are everywhere.

@@roccosautotech There are many of them sold on Ebay, that's right. However our car does not display the battery status in the top right corner at the moment, and we've read that's a prerequisite for those devices to work on the car. Is that right?

Those programmers work on very few cars , so you need a LVDS interface style kit that just uses the monitor and center controller, it gets installed between the radio and monitor. they are about 5 hundred bucks or so. That is the only way without swapping out the radio itself to get Carplay.

That was an older retrofit, parts might still be around but it's an old system, Newer stuff available all over eBay, If your local call the shop after the holidays. We can look up retros for your car

This video is an old standalone system. To do an integrated navi system we would need a little more info , but there are many navi interface kits for most BMWs , they use I-go based systems This one was older Garmin, it was the best at the time.

Note: We sell at our shop, you must have Code 866 pre-wire option to use in a Mercedes Benz

Sorry it is custom made and requires some extra electronics, p.s. do not just wire them up , they will burn out really quick. We are only about 1 hour above San Diego if you need to bring it, We also do the mirror marker lights factory proper also.
